Ain Medicare Sdn Bhd (AMSB), a prominent pharmaceutical company situated in the Pengkalan Chepa Industrial Area, Kota Bharu, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Tun Mahathir Mohamed on April 17, 1997.

The facility comprises production floors, laboratories, warehouses, and administrative offices, featuring clean rooms on the production floor and cutting-edge equipment in both microbiology and chemistry labs.

With over 400 employees, AMSB manufactures various intravenous solutions including Large Volume Parenterals and Small Volume Parenterals, alongside haemodialysis concentrates and peritoneal dialysis solutions. Innovative machinery like the blow-fill-seal bottlepack machine enables AMSB to produce over 20 million bottles of intravenous solutions annually.
