Perdana University boasts two exceptional medical schools. The initial one, Perdana University Graduate School of Medicine (PUGSOM), introduces Malaysia's first-ever four-year graduate entry program, aligned with a US curriculum through collaboration with the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. The second, PU-RCSI School of Medicine, offers a conventional five-year program in partnership with the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI).

The Life Sciences Research Centre at Perdana University is affiliated with the Johns Hopkins Research Centre, fostering early research skills acquisition for local students and positioning Malaysia within the global research community. Upon full operation, this center will complement the services of other Medical and Biotechnology Research Centres in Malaysia.

The 600-bed Perdana University Hospital, affiliated with Johns Hopkins Medicine International, will stand as Malaysia's inaugural private teaching hospital. Equipped with comprehensive ambulatory care facilities, diagnostics, and ancillary support services, it is slated to commence operations in 2014.

The interim campus of Perdana University occupies the convention buildings at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS). Renovations have transformed these structures into spacious administrative, educational, and teaching-learning facilities, housing offices for the Chancellery, PU-GSOM, and the PU-RCSI.

Perdana University's permanent campus sprawls across a 141-acre site adjacent to the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS). Strategically located 36 km from Kuala Lumpur city center, near national development hubs like Putrajaya and Cyberjaya, it is set to be completed by the end of 2013. Meanwhile, the interim facilities at the convention buildings in MAEPS accommodate lecture halls, classrooms, labs, and offices.

Perdana University has obtained authorization from the Ministry of Health (MOH) to utilize five MOH hospitals for teaching-learning endeavors:

1. Tuanku Jaafar Hospital, Seremban: Referral hospital for Negeri Sembilan, equipped with 850 beds and 20 specialist disciplines.

2. Putrajaya Hospital: Providing secondary healthcare services with an emphasis on day care management, it features 278 beds and operates based on the Total Hospital Information System (THIS) concept.

3. Bentong Hospital: A district hospital in Pahang offering primary and emergency healthcare services with 152 beds.

4. Likas Hospital (Women and Children Hospital), Sabah: Serving as a referral center for women and children specialist services in Sabah and the Federal Territory of Labuan, with 504 beds and 11 specialist disciplines.

5. Beaufort Hospital: A 275-bed hospital in Sabah providing inpatient and outpatient services with visiting specialist services from consultants at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Kota Kinabalu.

Additionally, the medical department of Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) features 49 different departments and units, catering to various administrative, clinical, and support functions.
