Hospital Yan is a
government hospital located in Yan Kechil, Kedah Darul Aman,
Malaysia. It first opened on February 2, 1992 to serve the residents
in Yan and nearby. Yan Hospital is a non-specialist district
hospital providing outpatient services and inpatient services.
Medical specialists for
specific disciplines are conducted by experts from the
Alor Star Hospital and
Hospital Sultan Abdul
Halim as scheduled.
Yan Hospital has 89 beds in four wards of which 12 beds in Wad Melor
1 (Maternity Ward), 17 beds in Wad Melor 2 (Children Ward), 30 beds
in Wad Melor 3 (Female Ward) and 30 Melor beds in Wad 4 (Men Ward).
